- Map SDKMAN 'kona' identifier to the 'kona' distribution (added in #672)
- Add a .sdkmanrc test case for the kona suffix
- Convert the inline SDKMAN suffix mapping in advanced-usage.md to a table
- Rebuild dist bundles
